1. Is there a minimum team size required for custom gear?

Nope. Everyone belongs in the Zone!

2. Do you offer custom apparel?

Yes. Our design team will customize our entire catalog of apparel for your team. We want your team to have a fully coordinated and stylish kit.

3. Do you offer custom swim caps?

Of course! Please note that swim caps are the only item that we offer that also has a minimum order quantity requirement: 25 caps.

4. Do you offer silicone and latex caps?

You bet. The choice is yours.

5. What if I want to change something about my team's custom design?

That's fine! Our designers are here to help you. We will keep on working until you have a look that you love.

6. Do you sponsor teams?

7. How will my swimmers order and receive their gear?

Your swimmers will shop securely on your custom Team Store online. We will manufacture and deliver their orders directly to them. (We know no one wants to deal with sorting a bulk order.)

We will send you instructions and our Size Guide so your athletes can determine their measurements and choose a suit that will fit them perfectly.

10. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of the custom nature of our products. Don't worry, using our Size Guide will ensure that your swimmers order their correct sizes.

11. How long does it take for gear to be delivered?

Delivery times can vary depending on when your team's season starts and whether your team places a bulk order for any items. Generally, we deliver approximately 3 weeks after we receive an order.

We are excited to say that our swimwear is made right here in the USA.
