1. Is there a minimum team size required for custom gear?

Nope. Everyone belongs in the Zone!

2. Do you offer custom apparel?

Yes. Our design team will customize our entire catalog of apparel for your team. We want your team to have a fully coordinated look between your swimwear and your spirit wear.

3. Do you offer custom swim caps?

You know it.

4. Do you offer silicon and latex caps?

You bet. The choice is yours.

5. What if I want to change something about my team's custom design?

That's fine! Our designers are here to help you. We will keep on working until you have a look that you love.

6. Do you sponsor teams?

7. How will swimmers order and receive their gear?

Your individual swimmers will shop securely on your custom Team Store online. We will manufacture and deliver their orders directly to them. (We know no one wants to deal with sorting a bulk order.)

9. How will swimmers know what size to order?

We will send you a Fitting Kit so your team's swimmers can try on swimsuits and find their size. Using a Fitting Kit is free and simple: We will mail you the kit when you are ready for it. You can hold onto the kit until all of your swimmers have had the chance to find their size. When you are done, you will simply mail it back to us with pre-paid materials.

10. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of the custom nature of our products. Don't worry, using our free Fitting Kit will ensure that your swimmers order their correct sizes.

11. How long does it take for gear to be delivered?

Delivery times can vary depending on when your team's season starts and whether your team places a bulk order for any items. Generally, we promise 2 week delivery for individual custom orders.

We are proud to say that our swimwear is made right here in the USA.
